Your personalized Whiskers & Heart design will be created from your own photographs, with careful attention given to each cat’s recognizable face, coat colors, markings, eye color, fur length, age, relative size, and special physical characteristics.

This personalized design is perfect for celebrating your own cat, remembering a beloved companion, honoring a foster cat, or giving a thoughtful and truly personal gift.

HOW PERSONALIZATION WORKS

1. Select your preferred product options and place your order.
2. Email 2–4 clear photographs of each cat to hello@whiskersandheart.com.
3. Please include:

• Your name

• Your order number

• Each cat’s name

• Which photograph belongs to each cat

• Any important details you would especially like us to capture

• Any requested personalization, such as a name or memorial wording

Clear, well-lit photographs taken near the cat’s eye level are best. Please include at least one photograph that clearly shows the cat’s face, eyes, ears, coloring, and facial markings. The photographed pose does not need to be perfect—the photographs are used to capture your cat’s identity.

Depending on the design selected, single-cat and multi-cat portraits may be available. Please follow the cat limit shown in the product options.

CREATION TIME

Please allow approximately 10–15 business days after all required photographs and information have been received for your personalized artwork and product to be prepared. Shipping time is additional.

If additional photographs or information are needed, we will contact you. The creation timeframe begins once everything required to complete your design has been received.

IMPORTANT

Each portrait is individually created from your photographs. Small artistic variations are natural and are part of what makes every Whiskers & Heart design unique.

Because personalized products are created specifically for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons unrelated to damage, defects, or an error with your order. Please review the store’s return and refund policy before purchasing.

Care instructions

- Keep the burning candle within sight, and keep away from children and pets. Never burn the candle near flammable items. For best results, burn the candle for 3 - 4 hours in each lighting and trim the wick to 1/4" before lighting. Discontinue use with 1/2" of wax remaining.
