Can I personalize my order?
Yes! Select designs offer personalization options where you can add your cat’s name to create a one-of-a-kind piece celebrating your special companion.
Personalized Community and Foster Cat Designs
How do I order the design already shown on a product?
Simply select your preferred product options and place your order. If you want the exact cat design displayed in the listing, you do not need to send photographs.
How do I request a design featuring my own cat?
After placing your order, email 2–4 clear photographs of each cat to hello@whiskersandheart.com.
Use the subject line “Custom Cat Design – Order #[your order number].”
Include your name, order number, each cat’s name, important markings, eye colors, fur lengths, personality details, and your preferred wording.
What wording can I request?
Available wording includes:

How many cats can be included?
A personalized design may include up to four cats. Please send 2–4 clear photographs of each cat.
For the best likeness, include a clear, front-facing photograph of each cat’s face and another photograph showing the cat’s coat and body markings in natural light.
Will I see my personalized design before it is printed?
Yes. We will email you a digital proof before sending your order to production.
Reply “APPROVED” if you are happy with the design, or send all requested changes together in one message. One reasonable round of adjustments is included.
Your personalized order will remain on hold and will not be sent to production until we receive your written approval.
What happens if I do not approve the design?
If the revised design still does not feel right, you may cancel your order for a refund before approving the artwork and before production begins.
If we do not receive a response within 14 days after sending your proof, your order may be canceled and refunded.
How long will my personalized order take?
Please allow approximately 5–7 business days after we receive all required photographs and information for your initial proof.
Requested adjustments and the time required to receive your approval may extend the timeframe. After approval, production generally requires an additional 2–7 business days. Shipping time is additional.
Can I change or cancel my order after approving the design?
No. Your written approval authorizes Whiskers & Heart to begin production. Personalized artwork is final after approval, and changes or cancellations are no longer possible once production begins.
What products are available?
Selected Community Cat and Foster Cat designs are available on T-shirts, crewnecks, tote bags, coffee mugs, candles, and notepads. Availability may vary by design.
What if my product arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect?
Email hello@whiskersandheart.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your name, order number, a description of the problem, and clear photographs showing the entire product and the issue.
We will review the information and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund when the product qualifies.
Can I return an item because I selected the wrong size or color?
Because every item is created specifically for your order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for a customer-selected wrong size or color. Please review the size guide and product options carefully before ordering.
Are personalized items good gifts?
Absolutely! Personalized cat gifts make thoughtful presents for cat moms, cat dads, rescue supporters, and anyone who considers their cat part of the family.
What are the shipping rates?
Standard shipping is a flat $7.95 per order, regardless of the number of eligible items purchased. Orders totaling $74.99 or more qualify for free standard shipping after applicable discounts. Express shipping is available for $15.
Shipping options, estimated delivery times and the complete order total are displayed during checkout before payment is submitted.
Some products may be produced and shipped separately. When an order arrives in multiple packages, customers will not be charged an additional shipping fee beyond the amount displayed at checkout.
Production and delivery times are estimates and may be affected by holidays, severe weather, carrier delays or unusually high order volume. Tracking information will be provided when each package ships.
How long will my order take?
Because each item is created especially for you, processing and shipping times may vary depending on the product. Please check the product page for the most current estimated delivery information.
Can I make changes after placing my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. Personalized orders begin processing quickly, so changes may not always be possible once production has started.

Because personalized products are created specifically for each customer, returns may be limited. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us and we will work with you to make it right.
