At Whiskers & Heart, every item is created especially for you. Because our products are made on demand, processing times allow us to create your order with care while helping reduce unnecessary waste.

United States Shipping

Standard shipping is a flat $7.95 per order, regardless of the number of eligible items purchased.
Orders totaling $74.99 or more qualify for free standard shipping after applicable discounts.
Express shipping is available for $15.

Shipping options, estimated delivery times and the complete order total are displayed during checkout before payment is submitted.

Some products may be produced and shipped separately. When an order arrives in multiple packages, customers will not be charged an additional shipping fee beyond the amount displayed at checkout.

Production and delivery times are estimates and may be affected by holidays, severe weather, carrier delays or unusually high order volume. Tracking information will be provided when each package ships.

International Shipping

at this time we are not shipping internationally. But we hope to start soon.

Orders typically begin processing shortly after purchase. Production times may vary depending on the product and current demand.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Whiskers & Heart is not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
