Celebrate the lives you have helped save with a personalized Whiskers & Heart botanical portrait created from your own foster-cat photographs. Choose a single-cat design or a multicat family design featuring up to four cats. Select Cat Mom, Cat Dad, Cat Grandma, Cat Grandpa, Foster Cat Mom, Foster Cat Dad, Foster Cat Parent, your own preferred wording, or no wording.

Personalized designs are available on T-shirts, crewnecks, tote bags, coffee mugs, candles, and notepads.

HOW PERSONALIZATION WORKS

1. Place your order.
2. Immediately after ordering, email two to four clear photographs of each cat to hello@whiskersandheart.com with the subject line “Foster Cat Design.” Please include:

• Your name and order number

• Each cat’s name

• Two to four clear photographs of each cat

• Important coat markings, eye colors, fur length, or personality details

• Your preferred wording, or tell us if you would like no wording.

For the best likeness, please include a clear front-facing photograph of each cat’s face and another showing the coat and body markings in natural light.

1. We will email your digital design proof within approximately 5–7 business days after receiving all usable photographs and personalization details. Carefully review the cats’ likenesses, colors, markings, names, and wording. One reasonable round of adjustments is included.
2. Reply “APPROVED” to authorize production. Your order will remain on hold and will not be sent to production until we receive your written approval.

After approval, please allow approximately 2–7 additional business days for production, followed by shipping time. Multi-cat designs or requested adjustments may require additional design time.

Because each personalized product is created especially for you, changes and cancellations cannot be made after you approve the design and production begins. Personalized products cannot be returned because of design preference or likeness concerns after approval. Damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect products remain covered by our Return and Refund Policy.

Care instructions

- Keep the burning candle within sight, and keep away from children and pets. Never burn the candle near flammable items. For best results, burn the candle for 3 - 4 hours in each lighting and trim the wick to 1/4" before lighting. Discontinue use with 1/2" of wax remaining.
